Cats and dogs tend to stick their noses into all sorts of nooks and crannies. It’s in their nature to be curious, and spending lots of time outdoors in the summer brings plenty of new sights, sounds, and smells to investigate.

Paddington the Shar Pei and Butler the cat are best friends ever. The adorable dog, frequently in a costume, quietly stays next to his cat buddy, dealing with her feline antics. The good friends reside with their owner Annie Jacob and a few additional kitties in Tasmania, Australia.

Kayla Eby, a wife from Oregon, posted photos of her and her husband’s conversation about a cute little puppy in her  Facebook  account.

Back in November, a shopper in Sainsbury’s Brockley spotted a cat sauntering around the aisle and tweeted a photo of it. The staff of the store apparently tried to send him away countless times, but he keeps on finding his way back in. 

If there’s one thing in the world that’s free, it’s laughter. We all love a good laugh and apps such as Twitter, Instagram, Vine, and Snapchat make it so much easier to do so. 

Los Angeles resident Julie Docherty has a big heart for adopting pets. Up until very recently, her love has specifically been for rescuing senior chihuahuas.

We love Great Danes! The breed of gentle giants always comes with plenty of personality and– despite their intimidating size– lots of love. 

We’ve told you before about the horrors of puppy mills. There was  this story of Daniel the puppy , who crawled to his rescuers when they raided the mill where he was born, and there was  this story of a Humane Society worker  who formed a tear-jerking bond with a Chihuahua he saved from a different raid.

We all like to think that it’d be easy to take in an animal in need of rescuing. After all, what cat-lover wouldn’t be delighted if an adorable kitty showed up on their doorstep?

The bond between a young child and the family pet is always very special. Their friendships are built on a natural sense of trust and love, but the most important part of their relationship might just be patience!

Cats are definitely cute but they’re also quite mysterious creatures that often have us humans wondering about their lives and endeavors when we’re not around. It might be their personality or even their eyes – regardless, our feline buds somehow keep us guessing.

Life at animal shelters is not fun and games and sometimes if an animal spends too much time without being adopted, he might be put down.
